Jonathan Hoats, 20, picked up Friday morning

Quincy police say they've made a second arrest in a child sexual abuse and pornography investigation.

According to the QPD, they arrested 20-year old Jonathan Hoats Friday morning without incident at 28th and Broadway. He's charged with counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault and Production and Distribution of Child porn. Police say in 2018, Hoats was a roommate of Martin Wiskur at a home in the 900 block of Joshua Street. Wiskur was arrested last November on a similar child porn charge, and a statement from the QPD says they continued to investigate if any other children may have been victims. They say that a child under 13 was identified, and alleged abuse by Hoats. Police also say that some of the alleged abuse happened at the home on Joshua Street. Wiskur is set to go on trial next month, and is in the Adams County Jail on $250,000 bond.

Hoats is also in the Adams County Jail, awaiting a bond hearing.
