3 arrested in Hannibal after call to Children's Division hotline

Joshua Perkins, Deann'dra Dorsey and Antonio Clay face drug, other charges

Three Hannibal residents face drug and other charges after their arrest Thursday morning, triggered by a hotline call to the Children's Division of the State Department of Social Services.

Hannibal police say they were called just after 10 AM to an apartment on Shawnee Trail, and during a search, found meth, pot and drug paraphernalia. HPD Lieutenant John Zerbonia said that 30 year old Joshua Perkins, 29 year old Deann'dra Dorsey and 29 year old Antonio Clay were all arrested during the search. Perkins faces the most serious charges, including both meth and pot possession, possession of a firearm by a felon and child endangerment, He's in the Marion County Jail, while Dorsey also faces charges of meth and pot possession and child endangerment. Her charges are under review by Marion County Prosecuting Attorney David Clayton. Clay faces a pot possession charge, and was cited by police.

There's no word on the number of children in the apartment, or if they were removed by authorities.
