In announcing his candidacy Cramsey said he would be both an ambassador to and a conduit from Springfield to the 94th District which includes all of Adams, Hancock and Henderson Counties and part of Warren County. Cramsey said there are four areas to address; living wage jobs, education for a trained workforce, basic affordable healthcare and infrastructure including high speed internet and quality cell phone service.

Cramsey has also issued a challenge to Frese to a debate in each of the four counties in the 94th district. Earlier on the Mary Griffith Show on WTAD, Cramsey said his voting loyalties will be to the residents of the 94th district, not to Illinois House leader Mike Madigan.
