Crime Stoppers offering $1,000 reward for information on Quincy murder

Maximum reward offered for tips on Sunday murder of Dennis Green

The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers says it's offering its' maximum reward for information that could lead to an arrest in Quincy's first murder of 2019.

Crime Stoppers said Thursday that it's a offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest in the murder of Dennis Green. He was found on the front porch of a home in the 800 block of South 13th Street in Quincy early Sunday morning. A preliminary autopsy report says that Green died after being shot twice in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say that other people were in the home at the time of the shooting, but were not hurt. They also say that multiple shell casings were found at the scene.
