Offering incentives to attract franchises to Quincy Mall
The company that owns the Quincy Mall says it wants to attract more franchise businesses, and has announced a program to do so.
Cullinan Properties Wednesday announced it's launched what it calls the Cullinan Kickstart Franchise Forward program. The company says in a statement that the program is similar to its' Kickstart Small Business program, only designed to attract franchise businesses to the Mall. According to Cullinan, it will offer franchisees options such as full construction financing, help in re-imbursing franchise fees and what it calls low-risk early termination options.
Cullinan says the program is available for retail, restaurant service and entertainment uses in Quincy Mall and the adjacent strip center.
