Thomas Dickerson arrested after Wednesday night incident

A Hannibal man's facing drug charges after a Wednesday night incident, where authorities say they found significant amounts of cocaine and heroin.

Hannibal police identify the man as 41 year old Thomas Dickerson, and say he faces two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. The HPD say they were called Wednesday night to a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of South 7th Street, and that Dickerson fled before they got there. They add that Dickerson had been the subject of an ongoing drug investigation. Later that night ACES officers found Dickerson and his car at a Hannibal hotel. They were both searched, and that's when the drugs were allegedly found.

Dickerson's in the Marion County Jail on $50,000 bond, and will be arraigned Friday morning. He's also due to have a preliminary hearing early next month in Ralls County, on a drug possession case there from November 2017.
