Will be tried on Drug-Induced Homicide charge in February
A Quincy man, charged with drug-induced homicide from a September incident, has plead Not Guilty.
23 year old Bradley Havermale entered that plea Tuesday during his arraignment in Adams County Court, a week after having his recognizance bond revoked on an earlier charge. He’s accused of causing the death of 23 year old Anna Foote, by allegedly delivering heroin to her in early September. She was found dead of a Heroin overdose in her home a day later.
Havermale is in the Adams County Jail, on $125,000 bond. He'll go on trial February 6th.
