Was to be February 6th, now set for March 13
A Quincy man, charged with drug-induced homicide from a September incident, has had his trial moved back a month.
23 year old Bradley Havermale appeared Tuesday for a status hearing in Adams County court. The hearing itself was moved back to February 28th, and Havermale's trial was moved back from February 6th to March 13th. He's already plead Not Guilty to the charge, and is accused of causing the death of 23 year old Anna Foote, by delivering heroin to her in early September. She was found dead of a overdose in her home a day later.
Havermale is in the Adams County Jail, on $125,000 bond.
