Endangered Person Advisory issued for Harrison Vessell Tuesday, is armed
The Marion County Sheriff's Office has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing Hannibal man, who's armed and may be suicidal.
The Sheriff's Office says that 22 year old Harrison Charles Vessell was last seen Monday at a home in the 45 hundred block of West Ely. He's described as a white male, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 213 pounds with brown hair, hazel eyes and a fair complexion. Vessell was last seen wearing a grey coat, blue jeans and black shoes. A report says that Vessell left his home on foot and with a 9millimeter handgun. Before leaving, Vessell left a note with suicidal statements. He later texted a friend, but his cell phone now doesn't work.
