Trial will now be heard in Shelby County starting October 29

A mistrial's been declared in the trial of a Schuyler County, Missouri man, involved in a crash that killed three people in November 2016.

Court records show that the mistrial was declared Tuesday in Macon County Circuit Court in the trial of Bradley Turner. The 5-day trial was being heard there on a change of venue from Schuyler County. It will now be heard in Shelby County, starting October 29th. Turner's pleaded Not Guilty to one count of vehicular involuntary manslaughter, two counts of felony second-degree assault and Careless and Imprudent driving. The charges stem from a crash in November 2016 that left 3 northeast Missouri teens dead and two others injured. Turner and the others were allegedly hill-jumping in his pickup before the accident.

Turner will be back in court October 11th.
