Monroe City woman accused of selling meth in Hannibal

Kimberly Mayfield due in court Friday

A Monroe City woman's facing a drug dealing charge in Marion County, after she was picked up Wednesday.

Court records show that 21-year old Kimberly Mayfield was arrested on a warrant issued in late September. She's charged with one count of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, from an incident in late August. According to a probable cause statement, Mayfield's accused of selling meth to a police informant in the parking lot of a Hannibal supermarket. She's due to be arraigned Friday in Marion County Associate Court.

Mayfield's in the Marion County Jail on $100,000 bond. If convicted, she could get up to 10 years in prison.
