MSHP says Daniel Johnston, 29, pronounced dead Friday morning
A Monroe County man is dead, after a one-vehicle accident Friday morning in Randolph County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says that 29 year old Daniel Johnston of Madison was pronounced dead some three hours after the accident, which happened around 3:45 AM on Business US 63, a mile south of Moberly. Troopers say that the vehicle Johnston was driving went off the side of the road, hit a utility pole and overturned.
Three passengers from Moberly, 19 year old Alicia Gravitt, 18 year old Adrian Conway and 14 year old Alyssa Howe were all taken to a Columbia hospital with injuries.
