5 new cases Tuesday, total now at 138
More people in Adams County continue to test positive for the coronavirus.
Wednesday morning, the Adams County Health Department reported five more positive results for COVID-19, bringing the total to 138. In addition, a sixth person is now hospitalized due to the virus. Those results are all from Tuesday. The County's online dashboard shows that the age group with the highest number of positive results is adults in their 20's. The Health Department says that three more people have also fully recovered from the virus. That brings the total to 46. Overall, just over 9,600 people have tested negative for COVID-19.
Forty-six people in Adams County have tested positive for COVID-19 in July. That's higher than the County's total amount of positive results from mid-March through mid-June.
