More details have been released about the numerous violations issued by authorities involving a Barry-based outfitter and their clients.

The Illinois Department of Natural Resources's Conservation Police Friday issued a statement, saying they issued the multiple citations and warnings to Hadley Creek Outfitters managers, guides and clients. I-DNR says the citations and warnings were issued earlier this month for illegal deer hunting and other related offenses. They say the illegal activity was discovered during enforcement details in Pike and Adams counties on November 8th and 9th. The company was cited for the unlawful feeding of white-tailed deer, and allowing clients to hunt deer over 6,400 acres of baited area in both counties. I-DNR also says that officers also came across additional violations in the area which were committed by hunters who weren't involved with hunting on Hadley Creek properties.

Some of the other violations discovered during the detail included Transportation of an Uncased Bow and Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Untagged Deer, Unlawful Possession of Another Individual’s Deer Permit, Failure to Report Deer Harvest Same Day as Kill, and Falsification of Residency to Obtain Permits. In all, 53 citations and written warnings were issued.
