Admits damaging numerous Quincy car & home windows with BB gun in April

One of two people, who prosecutors said was responsible for multiple car and home windows in Quincy being shot out with BB's, has pleaded Guilty in a deal with prosecutors.

Conner Neisen was in Adams County Court Wednesday for a hearing, where he entered that plea to one count of Felony Criminal Property Damage. It's likely he'll be sentenced to probation, but will have to make over $50,000 in restitution. In August, Neisen rejected a similar plea deal, over fears he wouldn't be able to pay the restitution. Neisen and a 17-year old juvenile were arrested in April, after reports of numerous car and home windows throughout Quincy being shot out by BB's. Quincy Police say when they arrested the two during a traffic stop, they found a loaded BB gun.

Neisen will be sentenced December 18th.
