Charged in connection with numerous car, home windows broken by BB gun in April

One of two people that prosecutors say may be responsible for multiple car and home windows in Quincy being shot out with BB's, has pleaded Not Guilty.

18 year old Conner Neisen entered that plea Wednesday during his arraignment in Adams County Court on one count of Felony criminal Property Damage. He and a 17-year old juvenile were arrested in April, after reports of at least 20 car and home windows throughout Quincy being shot out by BB's. That number could now be over 50. Quincy Police say when they arrested the two during a traffic stop, they found a loaded BB gun.

Neisen is free on $3,000 bond. He'll go on trial July 10th.
