Links for relief help, grant funds and loan programs available
Quincy and Adams County officials have announced a new website, designed to aid those seeking help due to the economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The website, adamscountytogether.com, is described as a resource for the community and is a place for residents, businesses, and non-profits to seek information on numerous federal, state, and local assistance programs. The website is another step in the Adams County Together task force announced last Friday by Quincy Mayor Kyle Moore. A statement says that at the website, people, businesses and non-profits can access direct links on relief assistance, grant funds and loan programs.
There's also frequently asked questions about the state of Illinois's stay-at-home order, links to donate to local charities who are aiding in the relief effort, and even information on how each resident can help support the Adams County community.
