Two armed robbers made off with money around 6 AM

Quincy police have released more details about an armed robbery Friday morning on the city's Northwest side.

In a statement, police said that two masked subjects entered O'Shea's Bar and Grill, at 4th and Cedar, shortly after 6 AM Friday, just after the bar opened, and demanded cash from an employee. That employee told police she was briefly held at gunpoint during the robbery, that she turned over an undisclosed amount of cash, and the two subjects then fled in an unknown direction. Police say that at this time, one of the masked subjects is believed to be a male, but the subjects' race isn't known. No injuries were reported.

You're asked to contact the Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers if you have any information related to this crime.
