Cases stem from 2014 incident; held on $1 million bond
Probable cause has been found against a Quincy man, facing three counts of Sexual assault from a 2014 incident.
37 year old Kevin Bodi was in Adams County Circuit Court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing on those charges. One of the counts is classified as a Class X felony, which carries a sentence of 6 to 30 years in prison, without parole. Prosecutors say the sexual assault charges stem from an investigation that started in late January, after Bodi was arrested on meth and weapons charges. He's already pleaded Not Guilty to those charges.
Bodi’s in the Adams County Jail on $1 million bond, and will be arraigned on the sexual assault charges April 5th. He'll go on trial in May on the drug and weapons charges.
