Cory Putnam of Holliday faces 8 felonies
Probable cause has been found against a Monroe County man, facing numerous charges related to a fatal traffic crash in February.
That ruling against Cory Putnam of Holliday came after he waived a preliminary hearing Tuesday in Monroe County Associate Court. He's facing felony charges of DWI resulting in the death of another, 4 counts of 2nd Degree Assault, 3 counts of DWI causing serious physical injury and three misdemeanor traffic charges. In the accident in southwest Monroe County, 31 year old Heath McCall died on February 22nd, after a pickup slid off an icy Highway 151, seven miles south of Madison. Besides Putnam, three other people were seriously hurt in the crash.
Putnam's free on $75,000 bond, and will be arraigned September 6th.
