7 years, 3 months ago by Jim Dewey

Quincy Notre Dame kicked-off its 40th Fund Drive this (Friday) morning with a goal of $434,000.

The annual efforts which has raised over 12 and a half million dollars since it began in 1977 will be run this year by co-Chairpersons Rich Marcolla and Jared Haugh

The business phase of the campaign which runs for six weeks is now underway.

The parish phase titled “QND Commitment Weekend” will be held the weekend of March 4th and 5th in Quincy and Hannibal Catholic parishes.

The third and final phase of the drive which will be held May first through 4th, is the Alumni Phon-a-thon during which QND students, alumni and friends will contact out-of-town alumni for support

Dollars raised through the Fund Drive provide support for the operating budget each year

Tuition and fees do not cover the full cost of educating a student at QND.

The Fund Drive helps make up the difference after tuition revenues and other grants are exhausted.
