John V. Myers II of 1222 S. 30th reported that a fictitious PayPal account was opened in his name sometime between 01-05-16 and 01-11-16 by an unknown suspect. Myers stated that the suspect had purchased $107.89 worth of t-shirts on PayPal. PayPal's fraud unit is investigating the case.
Jeremy M. Kossman of 633 Oak reported that his red and blue colored Schwinn Eagle bicycle was stolen from 300 Maine on 01-15-16. Kossman stated that the front wheel is red, and the rear wheel is silver.
