John Penn, 64, Quincy for FTA threatening a public official. Lodged
Joey Allensworth of MO reports three males attacked his vehicle while he was sitting parked in the 700 blk of Kentucky on 12/25. A window
was broken and a tire was flattened.
Anthony Eaton 1812 Spring reports his vehicle was damaged while parked infront of his residence on 12/24. There was scraping on the
bumper.
Laura Davis of Quincy reports paying a contractor for electrical service to be modified at her residence. He hasn't completed the project even though he was paid in full.
