Cash taken from 1301 Broadway location around 12:40 PM
Quincy police are looking for a man who allegedly robbed the McDonald's restaurant at 13th and Broadway at mid-day Monday.
Quincy police say that the robber, described as a white man in his mid to late-20's with a thin build, allegedly told the cashier he had a gun, then grabbed money from one of the registers around 12:40 PM. Witnesses told police the man ran out of the restaurant, chased by two employees, then got into a red mini-van, which supposedly then sped away north on 14th Street. It's not yet known how much money the robber got away with.
