Cullinan Properties intros "Kick-Start" program

Quincy Mall is looking for local businesses that want to locate in the mall, and is offering to help.

Cullinan Properties, the owners of the Mall, introduced Tuesday a program to aid future tenants called the Cullinan Kick-Start program. Quincy Mall Property Manager Mike Jenkins explains some of what it will do.

In a statement, Cullinan says that qualified applicants may be eligible for a variety of business and tenant incentives being offered for new leases signed this year, including 100% construction financing, free rent for the remainder of 2017 along with long-term reduced rent for local retailers and low-risk early termination options.

Cullinan says it's spending over $4 million this year on improvements to the Mall, including new outdoor pylon signage and enhancements to the interior décor.
