Kevin Lash charged with Aggravated Assault
A Quincy man has been charged with Aggravated Assault, after allegedly pulling a gun on two men Wednesday night in Quincy.
Police say the incident happened around 6:20 PM at 24th and Lind. Two men told officers that they had gotten into a disagreement with 36 year old Kevin Lash, while he was sitting in a vehicle. The men say Lash pointed a handgun at them and left. The men were able to get Lash's license plate numbers, which they gave to police. The QPD then used those to find Lash, who they picked up at his home. During the arrest, police did seize a handgun as evidence.
Police say no shots were fired, and no one was hurt. Lash is free on bond, and due in court July 18th.
