Ryan Douglas picked up Wednesday at 24th & Locust

A Quincy man has been arrested on a Meth Delivery charge after a multi-agency investigation.

The West Central Illinois Task Force says it arrested 39 year old Ryan Douglas Wednesday morning, after an investigation by it and the Quincy Police Department's Street Crimes Unit. In a statement, the Task Force says Douglas was picked up after a traffic stop at 24th and Locust. Officers later searched his home in the 17 hundred block of North 16th, and say they found cash, digital scales, packaging materials and drug paraphernalia. Douglas is charged with one count of Meth Delivery from 5 to 15 grams, and is in the Adams County Jail.

The Task Force says that Douglas is also being held on a parole warrant from the Illinois Department of Corrections. Douglas is on parole from 2010 and 2011 Adams County drug cases.
