Trevor Moncrief allegedly tortured a kitten in late June, arrested Tuesday
A Quincy man is facing charges after videos surfaced of a kitten being tortured.
32 year old Trevor Moncrief has been charged with four counts, including felony animal torture and aggravated cruelty to animals, and misdemeanor animal cruelty and dipicting animal cruelty. Moncrief was arrested Tuesday after videos of the kitten being tortured were turned into the Quincy Humane Society last week. Prosecutors say that the incident happened in late June.
Moncrief's in the Adams County Jail on $50,000 bond, and will have a preliminary hearing Friday morning.
