Joshua Martin will be sentenced July 3

A Quincy man, facing two counts of reproducing child porn, has pleaded Guilty to one of the counts in a settlement with prosecutors.

Joshua Martin was in Adams County Circuit Court Tuesday, where he pleaded Guilty to one count of possessing Child porn with intent to sell. In return, prosecutors dropped a Class X count of reproducing a Child Porn movie. Martin waived his right to a jury last week. He was arrested after a search warrant was issued in March by Quincy police. They said they were tipped off to Martin by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Illinois Attorney General's Office. Those organizations said they'd gotten numerous cyber tips that someone in Quincy was sharing files through various social media.

Martin is in the Adams County Jail, and will be sentenced July 3rd.
