Donald F Miller to go on trial starting Feb 5

An elderly Quincy man facing nine child sex counts, including accusations of sexually assaulting two juveniles in August, has pleaded Not Guilty to all charges.

77 year old Donald F. Miller entered that plea Monday during his arraignment in Adams County Circuit court on the nine counts, including two Class X charges of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault. He's set to go on trial February 5th. Miller was first arrested in August by Quincy police, after they had received a report that Miller had inappropriate contact with the two juveniles in the 3000 block of Lantern Lane. Three of the counts were filed against Miller in late October, and are based on a December 2009 incident.

Miller, who's free on $135,000 bond and wearing a GPS monitor, will next be in court December 1st.
