Chad Neisen, Ashley Kramer face charges

Two Quincy residents, facing meth and weapons charges after their arrest Thursday afternoon, will have preliminary hearings next month.

27 year old Chad Neisen and 30 year old Ashley Kramer both made their first appearance Friday morning in Adams County Court. Both are charged with meth possession, while Neisen is also charged with Unlawful use of a weapon. The pair are charged after a raid Thursday afternoon on a home in the 700 block of Ashley Avenue by both Quincy Police and the West Central Illinois Task Force. In a statement, police say they found numerous items of drug paraphernalia used to ingest meth and pot, as well as a sawed-off shotgun.

Both are in the Adams County Jail, and both will have preliminary hearings August 2nd.
