Bradley Turner charged in crash that killed 3 people
A Schuyler County, Missouri man, involved in a crash that killed three people in November 2016, will go on trial later this month after a hearing Thursday.
Bradley Turner was in Shelby County Circuit Court for a pre-trial hearing, ahead of an October 29th trial. Court records show that the trial will proceed as planned. The case was moved to Shelby County, after a mistrial was declared during the 2nd day of a five-day trial in Macon County in April. Turner's pleaded Not Guilty to one count of vehicular involuntary manslaughter, two counts of felony second-degree assault and Careless and Imprudent driving. The charges stem from a crash in Schuyler County in November 2016 that left 3 northeast Missouri teens dead and two others injured. Turner and the others were allegedly hill-jumping in his pickup before the accident.
Turner's free on bond, but confined to his home and subject to electronic monitoring.
