7 years, 5 months ago by Scott Hardy

Trial set to start in December

A Collinsville Illinois man, facing seven counts of burglary in a string of ATM and gambling machine burglaries over the summer, has pleaded Not Guilty.

45 year old Bradley Seyler appeared Wednesday morning in Adams County Court for a hearing, where he pleaded Not Guilty to all charges. Seyler's thought to have broken into a number of businesses in Quincy, Pittsfield and other communities in Illinois and Missouri over the summer. In all, prosecutors think both Seyler and his ex-wife, 44 year old Jennifer Seyler, hit 23 different locations between July and mid-September.

Bradley Seyler is in the Adams County Jail on $1 million bond, and his trial is tentatively set to start December 6. Meanwhile, Jennifer Seyler is due to appear in an Adams County court room next month.

44 year old Jennifer Seyler is due to make her first appearance November 1. She's charged with one count of Conspiracy to commit Burglary from an incident on August 14th, and one count of Burglary from an incident on August 15th.

Seylor's free on $100,000 bond, and is due to face trial October 31st in Madison County on meth manufacturing charges, after a lab was allegedly found in her home during her arrest in September.
