Three arrested for hunting deer out of season

Three 18 year old men were arrested Thursday night for hunting deer out of season.

 

Adams County Sheriff's deputies responded at about 7 Thursday night to a report that three men were shooting deer with a rifle from a vehicle near Turtle Lake Road and West 5th.

 

Deputies were able to locate the vehicle and arrested Kylle J Sparks and Blaine P Faught of Quincy Taylor L Caldwell of Petersburg.

 

Sparks is charged with Possession of a Firearm Without a Valid FOID card - But Eligible, Illegal Possession of a Deer, Hunting Without a Deer Permit and Illegal Possession of an Uncased Rifle in a Vehicle.

 

Faught is Charged with Possession of Firearm Without a Valid FOID Card, Illegal Possession of a Deer (Accessory) and Hunting Without a Deer Permit (Accessory).

 

Caldwell is charged with Illegal Possession of a Deer (Accessory).

 

All Three were released on notice to appear on a variety of charges after deputies found an uncased rifle and a deer carcass in their vehicle.

 

They are due in court on October 24th.
