James Froisland's contract won't be renewed in December
A Quincy-based multi-national company says that a member of its' management team is being let go.
Titan International announced Monday that Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer James Froisland's contract won't be renewed when it expires December 5th. Titan says the move was announced now because Froisland's contract would renew automatically, unless he or Titan gave six months' notice. Froisland joined Titan as the interim CFO in May 2016, and was made the permanent CFO that December. He had been the company's CIO since July 2017.
A statement from Titan says that the search for Froisland's replacement is underway, and that person should be in place within the next several months.
