Arrested Tuesday on Class X felony

A Quincy man, arrested on a meth charge Tuesday night, has been indicted by an Adams County grand jury.

28 year old Malcom Trezvant was indicted Thursday on one count of Conspiracy to Deliver over 15 grams of Meth. That's a Class X felony, with a sentence of 6 to 30 years in prison if he's found Guilty. Prosecutors say Trezvant was arrested after a search of his apartment in the 11 hundred block of Vermont by the West Central Illinois Task Force and the Quincy Police Department's Street Crimes Unit.

He's in the Adams County Jail on $100,000 bond, and will be in court February 21st.
