Euhlen Leeders, Justin Ray picked up Thursday night

Two Hannibal men have been arrested on drug charges after a raid by ACES officers Thursday.

The men are identified as 36 year old Euhlan Leeders and 36 year old Justin Ray. Hannibal police said the raid happened at a home in the 1200 block of Valley Street, as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation. During the search officers say they found both meth and drug paraphernalia. Leeders and Ray were both arrested on charges of meth possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say that Leeders is also facing additional charges of distribution of a controlled substance near a protected
location.

Leeders was held in the Marion County Jail before a likely bond hearing, while Ray was released pending a review by Marion County Prosecuting Attorney David Clayton.
