Christina Ratliff, 37, and Tiffany Reeves, 26 arrested at hotel in Hannibal 8/24/16
Two women were arrested after a prostitution investigation in Hannibal Wednesday.
Hannibal Police Officers with its ACES unit, along with the Eastern Missouri Human Trafficking Task Force, say they were investigating potential prostitution in the 4000 block of Market Street after receiving information from concerned citizens. The investigation led to the arrest of 37 year old Christina Ratliff and 26 year old Tiffany Reeves, both of Hannibal, for prostitution. Ratliff was also charged with promoting prostitution, while Reeves' charges also included a probation violation warrant.
Reeves is in the Marion county Jail on the probation warrant. Ratliff was released pending prosecutor review.
