Quincy police arrest Tim Bliefnick Monday morning
A Quincy man has been charged with murder in the February shooting death of his estranged wife.
Tim Bliefnick has been charged in Adams County with two counts of 1st Degree Murder, and one Class X count of Home Invasion. Those charges were filed Monday morning. Bliefnick is accused of breaking into the home of his wife Becky Bliefnick, and fatally shooting her on February 23rd. A week after the shooting, Quincy police searched Bliefnick's home on Hampshire Street and briefly detained him, before releasing him from custody. Prosecutors asked that Bliefnick be denied bond.
Bliefnick's in the Adams County Jail, and will appear in court Tuesday afternoon.
