Adam Wolf could enter plea next month
Probable cause has been found against a Canton man, charged with 1st Degree Murder in the October shooting death of his wife.
That ruling against Adam Wolf came Wednesday during a preliminary hearing in Lewis County Associate Court. Wolf faces counts of 1st Degree Murder, Armed Criminal Action and Unlawful use of a weapon. He's accused of shooting his wife April Wolf once in the head the night of October 22nd. A probable cause statement says that Adam Wolf called 911 that night and admitted shooting his wife. Wolf told deputies that the pair had been fighting, and deputies said they noticed that Wolf had been drinking.
He's held in the Lewis County Jail without bond, and could enter a plea May 9th.
