Clarence woman killed in crash on US 36

MO State Highway Patrol says McKenzie Craigg, 18, pronounced dead at scene

A Clarence, Missouri woman was killed and two other people were hurt in a one car crash a mile east of Shelbina Tuesday afternoon.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol identifies the woman as 18 year old McKenzie Craigg, who was pronounced dead at the scene by Shelby County Coroner Corey Eagan. The crash happened on U S Highway 36 around 3:15 PM, when a vehicle driven by 23 year old Keith M Bond of Palmyra ran off the right side of the highway and overturned. Craigg, who wasn't wearing a seat belt, was thrown from the vehicle.

Bond and another passenger, 19 year old Donovan R Barnes of Palmyra, both suffered moderate injuries and were taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital.
