Three known gang members and a 17-year old are all behind bars, after a Sunday night incident where at least 18 shots were fired on Quincy's northwest side.

Quincy police identify the men as 36-year old Tynell Washington, and 43-year old Henry Blackwell, both of Quincy, and 24-year old Tywone Mitchell of Champaign. They were all arrested on counts of possessing a firearm as a street gang member, possessing a firearm as a felon and possessing 5 to 15 grams of meth. Washington was also arrested on a Class X count of being an Armed Habitual criminal. Police say the incident happened around 10:20 P.M.
