Four arrested in Hannibal on meth, child endangerment charges

4-year-old in home taken into protective custody

Four Hannibal residents were arrested Thursday on drug and child endangerment charges, after a raid found meth and weapons in a home where a four-year old child was staying.

Hannibal Police say that officers with its' ACES Unit raided a home in the 800 block of Walnut Street. During the search, officers found meth, two firearms and drug paraphernalia, as well as a four year old child, who was taken into protective custody. 31 year old Robert Duke, 32 year old Lindsay Richardson, 23 year old Nicolle Turcotte, and 30 year old Gregory Horton all were arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Horton was also charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

All four have been released pending review by Marion County Prosecutor David Clayton.
