Numerous locations affected; slight discoloration of water possible
If you live in Quincy, you may notice this week that your water pressure is lower than normal.
The Quincy Fire Department says it is flushing fire hydrants all this week for flow testing purposes. Hydrants at the following locations will be flushed:

A release from the city says that while hydrants are being flushed, nearby residents may experience low water pressure or water discoloration. These conditions are described as only temporary, and the water will remain safe for use and consumption at all times. If you have any questions, you're asked to contact the Department of Utilities
