State Representative Jeanne Ives of Wheaton made the claim Wednesday while appearing on WTAD's News Round Table.

Ives, who's filed to run in the March primary against the first-term Governor, says the tipping point for her and other Republicans was when Governor Rauner signed a bill to provide taxpayer funding for abortions.
