Third straight year of no increases

The John Wood Community College Board of Trustees has decided to again freeze tuition rates for the up-coming school year.

The Board voted Wednesday night to keep the College's current tuition rates for in-district, out-of-district and online instruction the same for the 2019-20 academic year. It's the third straight year JWCC has frozen the tuition rate for students. The Board also elected new officers, and swore in newly elected Trustees Andy Sprague of Kinderhook and Dr. Randy Greenwell of Quincy. Each will serve a six-year term.

Larry Fischer of Quincy is the Board chairman, Diane Ary of Quincy is vice chair and Bob Rhea of Camp Point is Board secretary.
