MSHP says Guy Wuger suffered medical emergency while driving
A Monroe County man is dead after a one-vehicle accident Friday afternoon in Ralls County, which authorities think was caused by a medical emergency.
The man's been identified as 69-year old Guy Wuger of Stoutsville, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident happened just after 2 PM on Route D, four miles south of Perry. A report says that Wuger was driving a Kenworth truck tractor when he suffered the emergency. The vehicle then went off the side of the road and hit a fence.
Wuger was pronounced dead at the scene.
