Says Quincy's economy is "vibrant"
Quincy Mayor Kyle Moore says he's disappointed that Best Buy will be closing at the end of October, but that Quincy's economy is still strong. Scott Hardy has more.

Moore made the remarks after Monday night's Quincy City Council meeting saying that now, the city needs to help Best Buy's employees.
