Tiffany Turner reported her vehicle was struck while parked in the 2000 block of Oak on 8-26-16 at 1700 hours. Suspect vehicle was last seen northbound on 20th.
Lucas Pepper stated his vehicle was struck while turning north onto 24th Street from State on 8-7-16. Suspect vehicle kept driving from the scene. No license plate was obtained.
