Gunfire reported; no one hurt
Quincy police continue to investigate a disturbance at the Knights of Columbus grounds Saturday morning that involving gunfire.
Police say they were called early Saturday morning to the K of C, after a 911 call reported a large disturbance in progress. As officers arrived, 911 received calls of possible shots fired at the scene. Police did say they found several spent shell casings outside where the fight happened. They also say that they saw large groups of people leaving the scene, and were able to question some witnesses, who said the fight started inside a building on the property and then continued outside. No suspects were identified, and no one was hurt.
Police say their investigation is ongoing, and that if you have any information about the incident, to call the Quincy Police Department or the Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers.
